Waste Tire Processing
With the ever increasing health and environmental concerns, the disposal of waste tires is a growing problem all over the world. A waste tire processing plant recycles whole tires to a product called crumb rubber. This crumb rubber is then used in numerous applications including sport fields, rubberized asphalt for paving and a wide variety of molded products. The steel and fiber removed during this process is also recycled into various products.
Waste Tire Recycling Plant
Phoenix Industries believes waste tire recycling must be based on a full circle approach, from whole tire to the finished product, all built around a sound and economically sustainable regional plan. We offer plant designs as small as 1 ton per hour to help a customer enter into an emerging new market area. To have a profitable business in this very demanding industry we offer our customers one of the most complete, heavy duty and robust plants on the market today. All of our plants are operated from a centralized control room with an automated PLC system and multiple point video monitoring. Our plants are modular in design to allow the ease of increasing production should the need arise.
We will even assist our customers in the marketing of their finished product or provide them with the technology necessary to implement an Asphalt Rubber paving program in their area, thereby creating an end use for the crumb rubber they produce.
